Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email).

Return process:

  1. Email us at customersupport@levarajewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged.
